On The Eighth Day Oxford Road Manchester - 14th January 2015

I have been dying to try On the Eighth Day for ages especially as our hotel booking did not include breakfast and I really yearned for a full vegan.   We arrived at about 9.45 am and quickly placed our order, I was starving which is a good thing as you certainly do not go hungry.   The breakfast consisted of cherry tomatoes, fried mushrooms, vegan sausages, fried tofu, baked beans and toast, all helped along by a big pot of Earl Grey tea.  The total for two people was £15 and bearing in mind breakfast at the hotel would have been £15 each, we could not fault it.   It was quite a walk there and back to On The Eighth Day from our hotel, but it was a crisp January morning and the walk there and back was very enjoyable.  Will we be back, of course!
